Eat Right For You
THIS is not a class based on other people's ideas about how you should eat. It is a systematic method for re-sensitizing your body and tuning in to your responses to discover exactly what foods your body doesn't want.
After a period of clean but reasonable eating (no fasting or counting calories just eliminating foods that are commonly problematic) you will feel refreshed and more energetic. Then you will re introduce foods into your diet one at a time exactly how each food makes you feel. This way you can make educated decisions based on your own body and not the opinions of other people or the most popular dietary fads.
This class will offer you support and guidance through the process. You will receive a food journal and guidance to maintain it, recipes and tips for eating in restaurants and social settings. You will learn how to build a more positive relationship with food and your body. You will learn how to listen more closely to your body and trust it as your teacher.
This is a body friendly class and a shame free, supportive environment.

This is a 6 month long course. You are welcome to opt in or out month by month. You will be guided through everything from: selecting a deck and preparing to read, 5 different ways to lay out the cards, meanings and interpretations of each card, accessing your intuition, elemental dignities, basic numerology, all the way to looking at how the cards interact with each other.
You can pace yourself in the comfort of your own home. Each month there will be a live teleconference for real-time Q&A and practice.
