Many people want to elevate their healer or spiritual teacher to some special status. We want to see this person as somehow special and more gifted than we are and we seek out someone who will allow us to believe that somehow they have all of the answers that we lack.
A teacher or healer who represents themself as an elevated being is either not being totally honest with themselves or they are not being totally honest with you. If they are living on earth in a human body, they are human. They have faults and struggles just like the rest of us. If they admit to their faults and struggles then they are probably on a true path of healing, learning and growing. If they profess to have transcended all of that, they are most likely not doing the work that they want you to pay them to help you do.
A true healer and teacher is on their own path facing their struggles, the beauty and the pain of the world and using it all to learn and grow and to live more fully themselves. A true healer shares their learning with others to help them along the path and empowers their clients.
