You already have all of your answers. Sometimes you just need little help to remember that.
When you need answers: stop, take a breath. Can't quiet your mind enough to hear that still, small voice within? Don't worry, that is what your body is for.
Your body is one of the ways that your spirit speaks to your mind. Ask it your questions then listen for the answers. If you listen, you will feel that when you are on the right track your body relaxes and when you are on the wrong track it tenses up. If you ask your body, then feel for the answers, it will never steer you wrong.
Practice this with decisions that range from whether or not to eat or drink something to how much time you want to spend helping a friend or what to do about a problem in your relationship. You will gain greater confidence in your decisions and develop deeper trust in your body.
You will find that your life, health and relationships improve with this simple practice.
