If every person on the planet connected with Reiki energy every day we would all be healthier, happier and more peaceful and more loving. Consequently, the world would become a much happier and healthier place.
Unfortunately, it is not practical for every person to see a Reiki practitioner every day. So what to do?
Live a high stress life
Have chronic pain
Have a health condition
Live with anxiety, depression, PTSD
Are highly sensitive
Or if you want to:
Be closer to your higher power
Raise your energetic vibration
Improve your intuition or psychic abilities
Deepen your meditation, prayer or other spiritual practices
Reveive your higher guidance more clearly
Open creative flow
I recommend that you see a trained Reiki practitioner weekly and receive Reiki level 1 (or higher) training so that you can learn and practice self healing daily. If you are not able to see a trained practitioner every week, there are many other options.
I have some clients who see me twice a week when they are acutely ill, grieving or managing a transition then once they are through the big change they just see me once every couple of months for maintenance.
Several of my female clients see me once a month during the most challenging phase of their menstrual cycle. Clients who have insomnia like to take one of my latest appointments and book 90 minutes so they can receive an hour session and nap for a little while on the healing table then they can slowly make their way home and enjoy a deep and refreshing night's sleep. Still others see me every other week and maintain daily self healing in
There is no wrong time to receive Reiki. Each person knows their own ideal healing schedule as well as their own body, mind and spirit and truly knows when they need extra support beyond what they can give themselves. We all know the difference between when healing feels like a sweet luxury and those times when it is a necessity. What is your ideal frequency to receive healing? What is reasonable for your combination of circumstances?
